Ethan H. Nelson is an experienced litigator at McFarlin LLP who specializes in the areas of Business Litigation, Real Estate litigation, Employment and Labor, Personal Injury, and Commercial Disputes.

Before joining McFarlin LLP, Mr. Nelson worked as an extern for the Honorable J. Thomas Greene, US District Court – Utah, interned for the Pennsylvania Department of State in its Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, and worked for a private firm specializing in health care and employment related matters.

Mr. Nelson obtained his Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2007 as an early graduate. Mr. Nelson obtained his Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Utah in May, 2003.

As a law student, Mr. Nelson helped organize a student chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society which focuses on personal ethics in practicing law. Mr. Nelson is an active member of the Orange County chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.

Mr. Nelson is licensed to practice in Utah and California.
