California Attorney Ethan H. Nelson
Ethan H. Nelson is licensed to practice law in both California . Ethan is a member of our Real Estate, Litigation and Employment and Labor Department. He has extensive experience in labor and employment, business litigation and real estate law. He has worked with accomplished judges such as the Honorable J. Thomas Greene of the US District Court of Utah and has interned in the Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
Prior to joining McFarlin LLP, Ethan worked as an extern under Judge J. Thomas Greene, of the United States District Court for the District of Utah. Additionally, Mr. Nelson worked as an intern for the Pennsylvania State Department in the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. Mr. Nelson later worked for a private employment and labor law firm specializing in the health care industry.
Ethan is a graduate of the University of Utah (B.S. in Political Science, cum laude, 2003) and the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law where he served as a member of the Religious Freedom Moot Court team. While in law school Ethan scored first place over-all in the Mock-trial Moot Court Competition and earned a Certificate in International Litigation and Arbitration for his work in Montreal, Canada. As a legal student, Ethan helped to organize a student chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society focusing on personal ethics in practicing law.
Ethan received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Utah and received his J.D from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law.
